I bought this car new for my wife in 2012. When she retired, I used it as a commuter car for me. When I retired a year ago, I kept it as an extra car. In the last 2 years I have replaced the A/C compressor, condenser, A/C dryer filter, fuel injectors, coil packs, plugs and battery. However, over the past couple of months the water pump ‘weep hole’ has been slowly leaking coolant, and recently the water pump bearings are making noise. I changed the oil the other day, and it came back milky when I filled it up, meaning the water pump seals between the engine block are leaking. This is a good salvage car for parts for any Ford 3.5L V6 engine for Lincoln MLZ ‘base’ or Ford Fusion with same drivetrain. A/C blows cold.
