2003 BMW 540i M-Sport 6-Speed Photos
I have a 2003 BMW 540i factory M-sport with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car has not been modified, abused or tracked. It has 198xxx miles on the odometer. Since ownership I have replaced a bunch of important components for longevity listed below. It has an oil leak, most likely a valve cover gasket as head gasket were done at 155,000 miles. Head gaskets(Last photo shows heads and vanos units off the vehicle), valve stem seals, timing chain tensioner and guides, Intake manifold gaskets, radiator, coolant expansion tank, cooling hoses, water pump with metal impeller, alternator, power steering pump and lines, differential fluid, lower oil pan gasket, engine and transmission mounts, front wheel bearings, air and cabin filter, windshield wipers, hood latch and cables, trunk and hood struts, new battery, rear struts,
