As spring unfolds, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, relaxation, and connection at our Spring Open House. This special event offers a welcoming way to experience the heart of Body & Brain—whether you’re new to the studio or already part of our community.

The afternoon is intentionally paced, allowing time to rest, integrate, and explore in a calm, supportive environment.

Gentle Stretch & Mindful Meditation
Slow, easy stretching combined with guided meditation to release tension, settle the mind, and arrive fully in your body. No experience needed.

Soothing Qigong for Relaxation & Flow
Gentle, flowing movements that support circulation, calm the nervous system, and help you feel grounded and refreshed.

Tai Chi Demonstration
A short, graceful performance by our Tai Chi demonstration team, showcasing the meditative flow, balance, and inner strength of this moving practice.

Restorative Sound Healing
A deeply relaxing sound experience designed to support rest, integration, and nervous system reset.

You are welcome to attend the full afternoon or arrive for individual segments.
