AI - Powered Robotics Lab, introduces students to the world of artificial intelligence through hands-on robotics. Using the new VEX IQ AI Vision Sensor, students will learn how to train a robot to "see" and identify objects, applying these skills to navigate challenges and perform specific tasks. Students will also explore AI language models like Gemini, which they will use as a coding assistant to help them generate and troubleshoot their block-based programs. The camp will end in an AI Grand Challenge, where students will apply everything they've learned to build and program a robot that can solve a complex, custom-designed problem.
