Cooking Class Description: Designed for ages 12 and up, this series blends creativity with essential culinary skills as teens explore bold flavors and advanced techniques from around the world. Each session focuses on a different region, introducing methods such as braising, marinating, pan-frying, sauce building, dough shaping, and balanced seasoning. Under the guidance of a professional chef instructor, participants will strengthen their knife skills, expand their understanding of flavor development, and gain experience with global cooking styles—culminating in an exciting final-day challenge.
