Learn how to tag monarch butterflies to track their fall migration patterns through Monarch Watch at the pollinator garden at Sterling Ridge Park and Ride. This field session will be led by an entomologist who will teach you how to properly net, handle, and tag live butterflies. All supplies will be provided including butterfly nets, latex gloves, tagging kits, and sunscreen. Please dress according to the weather and bring plenty of water.
