The Woodlands Hills Offering $2,500 New Home Buyers Incentive

CONROE, TX — Making a new home in The Woodlands Hills® just got easier this spring, especially for veterans, active-duty military, fire, police, EMS and staff at Conroe and Willis ISD. In appreciation of their service, now through August 31, 2020, The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) announces employees and staff of these entities are offered a $2,500 developer incentive in The Woodlands Hills, one of Houston’s newest master planned communities located 13 miles north of The Woodlands® in Conroe and Willis. The $2,500 incentive can be used toward closing costs, design upgrades or off the price of their home. Certain restrictions may apply.

Participating local and national homebuilders in The Woodlands Hills include Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Ravenna Homes, David Weekley Homes and Westin Homes. Offering a diverse assortment of one-story and two-story homes, the sizes range from approximately 1,529 to 3,998 square feet of living space and are priced from the $230’s to the $500’s.

This developer incentive is available in addition to a springtime promotion offering a $10,000 buyer’s incentive for those who purchase a new home in The Woodlands Hills from March 1 through April 30, which can be used toward closing costs, the price of the home or design upgrades.

The Woodlands Hills nature-laced community boasts the 17-acre Founders Park. The village park is highlighted by a 10,600-square-foot Activity Center which includes an indoor/outdoor event space that can accommodate over 300 guests. The living room area is expanded through an overhead bi-fold door that lifts, creating an outdoor entertainment space.
