THE WOODLANDS, TX-- Woodforest is playing a game of iSpy all September long, inviting prospective homebuyers to get a peek at what makes living in the Montgomery County community so special.

The iSpy Parade of Homes will take people on a social distancing-friendly tour, inviting people to see Woodforest’s many model homes, amenities and other community features. Visitors can start at The Palm information center, 251 Central Pine Street, to pick up a tour map that will take them on a self-guided tour of the community 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Visitors can parade by the models — including eight new model homes — to take a tour or download builder/model home information via a QR code that will be posted outside each model home.

“It will be fun to play iSpy and see if you can find all the icons that have been placed throughout the community,” said Faith Pitman, Woodforest Marketing Director. Plus, we’re holding a naming contest for our newly installed art piece in The Crest neighborhood.”

Visitors making it to Christine Allen Nature Park in Woodforest and who scan the QR code there will be able to download a bass fishing game.

Those who scan a QR code at any of the stops and submit a form could win a $500 Apple gift card. And those buying a new home in Woodforest during September will also receive a $500 Apple gift card.

Prospective buyers can find a wide variety of homes in Woodforest, including new townhome designs, single-family homes, estate homes and homes for those active adults age 55 and up. Plus the community’s commercial sector has been expanding this year, with several new businesses, services and restaurants opening. Slated to open this November is a 40,000-square-foot Harvest Market “grocerant” offering a broad selection of grocery items and a number of fast-casual restaurants. Pricing in Woodforest is from the $200,000s to the millions. Learn more at www.woodforesttx.com.
