The Woodlands Hills and Bridgeland Win Awards

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) announced today that the fast growing master planned community, The Woodlands Hills®, and Bridgeland®, the top-selling master planned community in Texas, won two PRISM Awards, presented by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) on Saturday, October 3 at its virtual awards presentation. Both master planned communities received highly coveted community awards, Master Planned Community Landscape Design of the Year for The Woodlands Hills and Master Planned Community of the Year for Bridgeland.

Overall, The Howard Hughes Corporation was a finalist in 12 categories. The awards reflect The Howard Hughes Corporation’s dedication to design excellence, award-winning amenities, and a commitment to providing healthy and active lifestyles for its residents.

The PRISM Awards is an annual event that recognizes excellence in the homebuilding industry within the Greater Houston area. Facing strict judging criteria and industry competition, honorees are selected by a panel of industry experts from around the nation. This year’s awards were presented at the Greater Houston Builders Association’s virtual, Cirque Du Soleil themed “The Show Must Go On” gala.

The Woodlands Hills, The Howard Hughes Corporation development located 13 miles north of The Woodlands®, earned finalist honors in a number of development and marketing categories alongside winning the award for Master Planned Community Landscape Design of the Year. These recognitions included placing as a finalist for Master Planned Community Entrance of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Direct Mail Piece of the Year and Print Ad of the Year.

Bridgeland, The Howard Hughes Corporation development located in Cypress and ranked in the top ten best-selling communities in the nation in the RCLCO mid-year report, placed as a finalist in a number of community developments categories, including Master Planned Community Recreation Center of the Year and Sales Information Center of the Year, in addition to being named the Master Planned Community of the Year.

The Howard Hughes Corporation was named a finalist in the Developer of the Year category, as well as Billboard of the Year and Internet Marketing Campaign of the Year for the “Spring Giving Campaign.” Martha Gros of Bridgeland earned a finalist distinction for Marketing Professional of the Year (Developer).
