THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) announced today the relocation of its regional office from Hughes Landing® to The Woodlands® Towers at The Waterway. Owned and managed by The Howard Hughes Corporation, The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway encompasses the iconic pair of Class AAA office buildings – the 32-story, 1201 Lake Robbins tower and the 31-story, 9950 Woodloch Forest tower.

Occupying 14,654 square feet, the regional office of The Howard Hughes Corporation is located at the 9950 Woodloch Forest tower on the 12th floor, neighboring the corporate headquarters, which is on the 11th floor. The award-winning master planned communities of The Woodlands, Bridgeland® and The Woodlands Hills® are part of the regional portfolio of The Howard Hughes Corporation.

Exclusively for tenants, a 33,000-square-foot multipurpose rooftop terrace is designed for events, relaxation and recreation.
