Major Growth in Montgomery County - Another New Home Community Annouced

MAGNOLIA, TX -- The Signorelli Company, award-winning real estate firm behind master-planned community Valley Ranch, announced today the development of Magnolia Springs, a new 665-acre master-planned community in Magnolia, TX.

Located off FM 1486, just north of the future Aggie Expressway and south of Hwy 105, the development is expected to bring up to 1,900 single-family homes to the rapidly expanding Magnolia area. The first phase of development includes over 200 40’- and 50’-wide homesites to be released later this year.

Magnolia Springs is the second community the Signorelli Company announced developing in Montgomery County this year, the first being Caney Mills in a release last month.

The site’s location is within minutes of local annual favorite, Renaissance Festival, as well as various shops, dining and entertainment destinations in Conroe, Montgomery, and Magnolia. Additionally, the new extension of the Aggie Expressway connecting FM 1488 to FM 1774 provides quick and easy access to Tomball and the overall Houston area.

Upon completion, the community is planned to encompass over 490 acres of mixed-use development as well as 175 acres of open and green space. Students living in Magnolia Springs will attend top-rated Magnolia ISD.
