It looks like it will be a rainy work week, with things drying up just in time for a sunny weekend. But rain or shine, Woodlands Online has a few events that you’ll want to attend. Here’s our Top 5 for the week.

Tuesday, January 31
Take a break from the kitchen tonight and show your family some love. Crust Pizza Co. proudly presents Kids Eat Free Tuesday. They are certain to have something for the entire family, from their award-winning gourmet pizzas, to salads, soups, pastas, desserts and more. Two free kids’ meals per entree, and dine-in only with everyone present. This special night is going down at all Woodlands area locations, so pile the kiddos in the car and head to the Crust closest to you.

Thursday - Sunday, February 2 - 5
It’s a music festival in paradise! From Thursday through Sunday, Margaritaville wants you to say ‘aloha’ to the Lone Star Luau Music Festival. Shake off the winter blues and join hosts CMA of Texas Songwriter of the Year Thom Shepherd and Country recording artist Colby McCabe as they welcome a stellar lineup of Texas Country and Trop Rock artists along with Nashville Songwriters to Margaritaville Lake Resort for a four day festival of music and fun in paradise. Featuring more than 20 top artists from across the country, including Aaron Sanchez, Erica Sunshine Lee, The Jonas Lorence Band, Paul Overstreet, Sunny Jim, and many more.

Friday, February 3
Today’s the day to head over to The Woodlands Children’s Museum to introduce your child to the wonder of reading and instill a love of books at an early age. Storybook Theatre combines your favorite childhood books with songs, rhymes and fingerplays which are meant to promote early literacy and enhance language development. Today’s Storybook Theatre presents “I’m (Almost) Never Bored” by Anna Milbourne. A little girl shares the journey her imagination takes her on after she decides she’s bored and then realizes “being bored comes right before having a really good idea.” The event is included in the price of admission, which is $8 for adults and children 1 year and older.

Saturday, February 4
How would you like to be taken down decades’ worth of Memory Lane with the best music of the most awesome bands of the past? Well. Dosey Doe - The Big Barn can provide the magic tonight with live music by Four by Four – Celebrating the music of the Beach Boys, Bee Gees, The Beatles & Motown. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. to provide you an astounding dinner (part of the ticket price), with the concert starting shortly thereafter. There’s not a bad seat in the house, but order your tickets now to get up close and personal to this great band.
