Grand Central Park Showcases Model Homes During September

CONROE, TX -- Homebuyers can explore Grand Central Park’s model homes and register for a chance to win $500 in prizes during the community’s September Showcase of homes.

The month-long event features the Conroe community’s nine professionally decorated model homes. Visitors can register at each model to win a $250 Hyatt Regency Hotel gift card or a $250 gift card to Hand & Stone Massage.

“We really want people to explore Grand Central Park,” said Amanda Burke, Director of Marketing for Grand Central Park. “There is so much to see — from our beautiful homes and The Lake House amenity complex to our many parks and City Central commercial district. I think they will see that life here really is grand.”

Model home maps and information can be picked up at The Finding Place, 750 Grand Central Parkway in Conroe. Model homes by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes will be open for touring 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays.
