Texas DPS Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive Arrested in Conroe by Constable Ryan Gable’s K-9 and Criminal Interdiction Units

CONROE, TX -- On the afternoon of 12/10/2025 Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit and K-9 Unit, assisted the Texas Department of Public Safety CID Agents locating and serving a fugitive warrant on a residence in the 500 block of Hickerson St, Conroe, Texas 77301.

Upon entering the residence, deputies were able to confirm the identify of Marvin Rayshun Bowden and take him into custody for Felony Offense of Failing to Comply as a Sex Offender out of Walker County.

Marvin, was listed as one of Texas Department of Public Safety’s Top Ten most wanted fugitives and transported, then booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail, without incident.
