Boogie Bash at The Woodlands Children’s Museum today at 11:00 a.m. presents ‘Goin’ Buggy,’ celebrating the insect/spider world with fun fingerplays and creative movement activities, including a freeze dance to ‘Flight of the Bumblebee.’ Included in the price of admission, which is $9 for adults and children 1 year and older.

Business After Hours rotates to different Chamber Member business locations monthly; this time around Waste Connections is hosting it at the Black Walnut Cafe. Reservations are required. The Children’s Memorial Hermann 2026 IRONKIDS Fun Run offers young athletes the opportunity to feel the excitement of competition, while enjoying the outdoors and promoting healthy living. Running clubs are welcome. Each athlete receives a goodie bag with a race bib, shirt and a finisher medal, as well as the pride of calling themselves an IRONKID. Kids’ races begin between 9:45 and 10:00 a.m. The Doggie Dash will follow the children’s runs. Dogs will receive a bandana and a finisher dog tag medal.

However, this type of photography can also be intimidating to get started. Precision Camera’s ‘Intro to Film Photography class will cover the basics of film photography. They will cover light metering, film speed, camera operation, and will discuss the chemical theory of film. This class is designed for the person who is curious about the unique qualities of film photography and wants to get started shooting film on a 35mm or 120mm camera. There will be a hands-on practice portion to the class.
