Hilton Garden Inn Houston/The Woodlands Announces Renovation and Phased Reopening Timeline

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- New Horizons Hospitality, owner of Hilton Garden Inn Houston/The Woodlands, in partnership with Dreamscape Hospitality, announces a comprehensive renovation and repositioning of the property, with a phased reopening beginning in mid-June and full completion anticipated by mid-August 2026.

The renovation will introduce a refreshed arrival experience, fully updated guest rooms, and reimagined public spaces designed to better align with the evolving expectations of both business and leisure travelers in The Woodlands market. A key element of the project is a curated art program in collaboration with Eyeful Art, bringing custom abstract installations and locally inspired visual storytelling into both public areas and guest rooms.

The project will roll out in phases, with floors three and four and the lobby expected to reopen in mid-June, followed by a full property completion in mid-August. During this time, the ownership and management teams are focused on maintaining momentum in the market while building awareness around the transformation.

Under the management of Dreamscape Hospitality, the repositioning strategy is centered on driving renewed visibility, improving rate positioning, and enhancing the overall guest experience through both physical upgrades and operational execution.
