Uni Sushi to Reopen in The Woodlands at Grogan’s Mill Village Center

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Howard Hughes Communities is pleased to share that Uni Sushi, a longtime favorite among The Woodlands dining community, will return at Grogan’s Mill Village Center.

The new restaurant will span ~3,500 square feet and feature indoor seating for roughly 230–250 guests, along with a covered patio designed to enhance the dining experience. The restaurant will be located at 7 Switchbud Pl, Suite 190, The Woodlands, TX 77380 and is scheduled to open in 2027.

Led by owners Angel Barragan and Rosie Izaguirre, Uni Sushi’s return brings a well-known local dining destination back to the community while introducing an updated experience that builds on the brand’s established reputation and loyal customer base. The addition to Grogan’s Mill Village Center reflects Howard Hughes Communities’ ongoing commitment to curating a thoughtful, well-balanced mix of amenities and experiences for the community.
