Four Men Arrested in The Woodlands Online Solicitation of a Minor Sting

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- During October, Constable Ryan Gable’s Child Exploitation Unit conducted a proactive operation to identify individuals attempting to solicit children for sexual encounters in The Woodlands, Texas. As a result of the operation, Precinct 3 detectives arrested four adult males on the following charges:

• Rajat Agrawal — Online Solicitation of a Minor Child (age 14 or younger).
• Hermides Cerdonas — Online Solicitation of a Minor Child (age 14 or younger).
• Vicente Martinez Lopez — Online Solicitation of a Minor Child (age 14 or younger).
• Matthew Pettit — Online Solicitation of a Minor Child (age 14 or younger) and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon.

Each suspect was taken into custody after allegedly attempting to meet in person with a minor child and was booked in the Montgomery County Jail.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
