Nancy Almodovar, President and CEO of Nan and Company Properties, defines her success by

With more than fourteen years of experience, Almodovar has soared to the top of the industry
with a company driven by customer service and client satisfaction, making her the trusted agent
for multimillion dollar properties, such as this River Oaks home previously owned by royals, the
second most expensive home sold in Houston this year, and a socialite's estate which houses a
world-famous closet. Almodovar launched Nan and Company Properties in 2014 from her
kitchen table and has since filled a gap in the Houston marketplace for premier luxury real estate
services including leasing, sales, and buying. She has grown the company over 40 percent each
year
since its inception and continues to foster an environment in which Nan and Co. agents grow
their businesses as well.
Almodovar is an alumnus of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business and continued
her personal development and business education with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business
program.
Purpose is central to how Nan & Co. operates. Their mission is to help everyone find their happy,
and they interpret that with their commitments to their employees, clients, developers, the
community, and the real estate industry at large. Nancy personally volunteers and gives back to
several organizations such as the Houston Ballet and St. Anne Catholic School. She launched the
Nan Cares Toy Drive in 2016, an annual campaign to collect toy donations for students at
Brookline Elementary, and is the Chair for the HAR Communications Advisory Board. In
addition to being a CEO, she is a loving wife and mother of two, and a mentor to young men and
women coming up in entrepreneurship, business and real estate

As a native Texan, Elise graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduating, she moved to Houston and soon began a career in Finance, working for one of the nation’s premier investment companies. Her success quickly led to an opportunity in marketing for a software development company in the Oil & Gas industry. That experience has provided her with a unique combination of finance and marketing skills essential to her success in the real estate industry. She draws upon that experience in every transaction.

As a producing agent, Elise received multiple awards. In her first year, Elise earned the coveted “Prudential Gary Greene Rookie of the Year Award,” and throughout the years, she was consistently recognized as a top producer. In 2014, Elise was recruited to manage a small office in The Woodlands with only twelve agents. Since taking over, her office has grown to over 100 real estate professionals, and within the last five years, the office generated a combined $1.6 billion in closed volume with over 3,700 transactions.

Elise credits her success to focusing firmly on her clients. She listens to her clients' wants and needs and helps them achieve their real estate goals with commitment and exceptional service. As a resident of The Woodlands, Elise knows the value of hometown and community involvement. Jennifer's family moved to The Woodlands in 1985. She grew up in The Woodlands, attended The
Woodlands High School, and has a deep connection with the community's roots as well as an
appreciation for its future. In 2005, she graduated Cum Laude with a Marketing degree from the
Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. She also obtained her MBA in Management from
Sam Houston State University in 2012, while working full time as a New Home Sales
Representative. The Home Building Industry is where she got her start in real estate. From 2005-
2017, she sold over 100 Million in new construction homes for David Weekley Homes and Toll
Brothers mostly on the North side of Houston, selling across all price points from the low 200's to just
under 2 Million.

Shortly after graduating college, Jennifer married her longtime friend and fellow Woodlands native,
Chris Elmi. Since 2006, the 77386 zip code has been their home and they have raised their twins,
Brady and Olivia, in Imperial Oaks, The Falls, and Woodson’s Reserve.

Jennifer and Chris joined forces professionally in 2017 and formed The Elmi Group. At the
foundation of their marriage as well as their business are honesty and integrity. Together, they lead
an impressive Team of Elite Agents who have been awarded with several distinctions and
accolades, including; The #1 Top Producing Team for Gary Greene (The Woodlands), #3 Team
Company-Wide for Gary Greene (Houston), and #8 Nationally amongst 13,000 Better Homes and
Gardens Agents. Jennifer and Chris have also both won HAR's coveted Top 20 Under 40. They also
each hold the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation with Guild status
for their success in the Luxury Market and are also both Broker Associates.

Chris Elmi was born in The Woodlands and grew up watching a quaint bedroom community
transform into an unparalleled lifestyle community where families can enjoy the perfect work-life
balance. He specializes in The Woodlands and Spring areas but is available to offer his services
throughout the Greater Houston area.

Chris graduated from The Woodlands High School in 2001 and then Texas A&M in 2005. Soon after
he married his college sweetheart and Co-Team Leader, Jennifer Elmi. They have twin 14-year-olds
who they enjoy spending quality time with together as a family.

Upon graduating and starting a family, Chris remained engrained in the community by becoming
heavily involved in the Chamber. Holding several leadership positions over the years within the
Chamber afforded him great connections with community leaders, intimate local knowledge, and a
sphere of influence.

Chris is an alumni of Leadership Montgomery County and has held leadership roles with the Market
Street Noon Kiwanis, The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce
Community Relations Team, Woodlands Chamber Diplomats, and Woodlands Chamber YPN. Most
recently Chris served as a Board Member on The Woodlands Art Council and even sponsored an
Art Bike Rack located at The Woodlands Mall.

Shortly after earning his license, Chris studied and earned the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute
(GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Certified
Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)
designations. He was named to HAR's Top 20 Under 40 in 2017 and is a 2017 graduate of the HAR
Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP).

A seasoned real estate professional that advocates fiercely for her clients, Jeni Mitchell brings extensive design and organizational experience to every transaction. With industry distinctions such
as the 2021 & 2022 Platinum Award, 2021 Woodlands Office Sales Leader and 2019 & 2020 Silver Award as well as her relocation certification, there is no task too great for Jeni to handle. A Houston native, Jeni knows the ins-and-outs of the great city she is proud to call home, and she is eager to walk with clients as they buy, sell, and invest in the regional market.

With an eye for staging and the experience to match, Jeni works masterfully to ensure that every listing is showroom ready. Jeni says, As a stager, I know what it takes to showcase the home the
best way possible, as if you are listing it, and not living in it, these are two very different things. It helped me be to able to have tough conversations with sellers and explain the changes that needed to be made in order to get top dollar.

As caring as she is tenacious, Jeni treats her clients like family. Jeni says, I truly care about my clients and what is best for them. I am fair but can be a fierce negotiator and will stand up for what is in the best interest of my clients.

A wife of 25 years and mother of three, Jeni enjoys spending her time playing tennis for North Country and with a jackrabbit league. She also enjoys volunteering with the Delta Delta Delta
alumnae organization, the Pi Beta Phi Moms group, and the Highlander football booster club. Her family also has three rescue dogs named Chloe, Millie, and Peanut.
