here is a well maintained 2016 28BHS, recently had the exterior done with a 3 step paint correction, i added a 2nd ac on the RV, Brand new roof ABSOLUTELY NO LEAKS, new jack stands, new queen mattress, sewer line, weight distribution, hitch, all power cords and power extension cords, out door kitchen, entrance doors to camper on both sides of camper, will also come with all silverware, pots pans, everything you need to take camping as soon as you buy it, everything works as it should, tires are good shape, the spare is brand new, surround sound works great, i have new awning fabric in the box that needs to be installed. this is a 30AMP Rvhave all owners manuals and everything. if you want to know anymore please send a message or text
