Pottery Barn Leather Sofas - Brand New
*BRAND NEW* Pottery Barn custom leather sofas delivered last week (after three month wait). The leather is very high quality and they are beautiful, comfortable sofas. Unfortunately, the size isn't ideal for our needs.
Jake petite grand sofa in legacy taupe leather 94"L x 35"D x 31"H and Jake petite sofa in legacy taupe leather 84"L x 35"D x 31"H. Selling both for $7700 (paid $8766 including tax.) They are being stored (protected) until sold to maintain brand new condition. These are great for a formal living area, professional/medical office, or smaller living room. For a casual living area where it is preferred to lounge/lay back/sleep, these aren't the size for that. Better for sitting. Prefer to sell as a set. Will consider selling individually at full base price ($4199/$3899) less the sales tax of $300+ per sofa.
