Update:  I've been asked why the price is so low.  (I never imagined that would be a question!)  Divorce, selling house, need to clear it out.  If you ever need a place for an occasional guest, this is an easy choice.

Also, moving it.  I have a pickup and can assist for a reasonable distance, but you'll need to have at least 2 people to carry it, as it is heavy.  It was well built.  (Sears model)
