The room rents for $670 plus $150 deposit. text or email. If you prefer, the room can be fitted with complete black out material on the windows so it's always dark in case you work night shifts. Room 1 (14' x 14' large closet) PRIVATE BATHROOM Includes High Speed Internet, trash pick up, water, gas, lawn care, washer, dryer. This room has a full size electric range, microwave, washer/dryer, and full size fridge in it. Its almost like a studio inside a house. Private bathroom. The goal is privacy, so even though it's a space inside someone's house, it still feels completely independent and private. We don't share any spaces except for the entrance hallway. You can bring your own furniture and/or basic furnishings can be provided. I will run a background check for previous evictions and any major criminal issues.
