Our firm is seeking a highly skilled, client-focused professional who is well-versed in the Texas Family Law Practice Manual, I&A spreadsheets, and the handling of escalated client concerns. More than just legal expertise, we need someone who understands the power of negotiation, helping families reach property and parenting agreements outside the courtroom whenever possible.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience in contested family law litigation.
Mastery of property division, custody modifications, parenting plans, TFC, and TRCP
Confidence in case strategy development, knowing where to find and apply procedural rules.
The ability to help clients assess cost vs. benefit in legal disputes (because $500 over $50 in travel miles isn’t always worth it!).

A mix of technical expertise, empathy, and client management finesse.

A team player with integrity, intelligence, and a great attitude because we only work with top-notch professionals.
