This new group for teen girls will be held on thursdays from 5-6pm 
This group will focus on fostering positive self-esteem, developing healthy relationships, and building essential life skills. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants will learn valuable coping strategies, effective communication techniques, and ways to manage stress and anxiety. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with other teen girls who understand what it is like being a teen and can offer empathy, encouragement, and advice. The group is for girls in 9th through 12th grade.
