**What You'll Do:**

- Supervise and interact with two groups of students: 18 months to age 3, 3 - 6 years and/or 1st grade and above.
- Encourage children in outdoor play and indoor activities, allowing them the freedom to choose.
- Collaborate with another teacher to create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment.
- Assist with diaper changes and light janitorial tasks, including sweeping and end-of-day cleaning.
- Greet and interact with parents, ensuring clear and friendly communication.
