This role includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, assisting with document processing, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. Description
Responsibilities
Manage multiple Outlook calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate Zoom appointments.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients both in-person and over the phone.
Assist with document management, including sending, tracking, and organizing documents through DocuSign.
Greet visitors and maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Support general administrative needs such as filing, mail handling, and office organization.


Requirements
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience using Outlook for email and calendar management (experience with multiple calendars is a plus).
Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism.
Quick learner with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.
Prior experience working in an office environment.
Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office full-time.
Experience in a financial firm is preferred but not required.

Compensation
Hourly rate is based on experience and reflects both industry background and technical skill level.

Salary
$18 - $20 per hour
