What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee water mitigation crews during field operations
• Perform and manage water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers
• Take and document moisture readings, maps, and daily progress notes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and office staff
• Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and company protocols
• Maintain job documentation, equipment logs, and photos
• Uphold safety practices and job site organization

Qualifications

• IICRC Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on water mitigation experience
• Strong knowledge of drying systems, moisture detection, and documentation
• Proven leadership and crew management ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
