Sales Coordinator (Sales & Business Development Support)

Texas Remodel Team is a family-owned remodeling company serving The Woodlands and surrounding areas. We’re growing and looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, improve lead follow-up, and help drive repeat and referral business.

This is not a sales-closing role. It’s an execution, coordination, and communication role that plays a critical part in how smoothly our sales process runs.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls, web leads, and showroom inquiries

Respond quickly to new leads and schedule appointments

Confirm appointments and follow up on unbooked leads

Keep our CRM (Buildertrend) organized and accurate

Support structured business development projects such as:

Past-customer check-ins and referral outreach

Review and testimonial coordination

Assist with social media , email campaigns and follow-up projects

Support sales consultants by handling coordination and admin tasks

Be a professional, friendly first point of contact for customers

Schedule: Full-time, in-office

Location: Spring / The Woodlands, TX


What We’re Looking For

Strong phone and written communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to update and edit social media platforms
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities

Professional, positive, energetic, and customer-focused

Experience in customer service, admin, or coordination roles (sales support a plus)

Experience in remodeling or home services is helpful, but not required.
