ACES Builders Warranty is seeking to expand our team! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Keeping and maintaining day-to-day records.
Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Scanning/Naming Documents.
Shredding Documents.
Checking off data in FileMaker.
Answering phone calls and assisting visitors.
Making Customer Service/Marketing Outreach phone calls.
Checking and Sorting Mail.
Administrative duties such as filing physical and electronic documents, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Working diligently while maintaining accuracy in a dynamic workplace.
Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Getting bids for repairs in the office building and assisting tenants.
Providing general support to staff.
Running errands such as purchasing office supplies, collecting mail, payments or making financial deposits.

Position Reports to: CEO.

Full-Time 40 hours per week, Or Part-Time 20 Hours per week

Monday through Friday

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education required
3 years of job experience

Knowledge of appropriate software including: Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Mac OS, etc.
