Snuggles & Hugs is an Upscale Boutique Dog Daycare and Luxury Boarding facility seeking an experienced Dog Daycare Pack Leader to join our team on a part-time basis.
• Supervise structured day camp play and manage group dynamics
• Read dog body language and intervene early to maintain safety
• Provide one-on-one engagement and enrichment (puzzles, fetch, calm interaction, individual attention)
• Support boarding care as normal operations (feeding morning & evening meals, administering medications as instructed)
• Handle dog intake and check-out procedures
• Update basic care notes in dog files
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients at drop-off and pick-up
• Answer occasional phone calls
• Maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation, including prompt cleanup of waste during outdoor potty breaks or any accidents
• Comfortable working around pet hair, cleaning products, and routine messes associated with dog care

Who This Role Is For
We are seeking a dependable, confident, experienced dog professional with strong, natural dog communication skills, the ability to lead dogs calmly in a group setting and who thrives in a fast-paced dog daycare environment, communicates well with people, and can work independently with minimal oversight.
This role requires strong, natural dog communication skills and proven experience safely handling large groups of dogs, including large breeds. The ideal candidate can read dog body language quickly, manage group energy, and step in confidently to maintain a calm, structured pack environment.
This role is primarily day camp focused, with boarding dogs integrated into the daycare routine. The same dogs who attend day camp may also board, so boarding care is a natural extension of the role.
