• Assess, identify and accurately diagnose mental health disorders
• Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices
• Work in collaboration with the other team members to contribute to the goal of providing integrated and focused quality treatment
• Comfort with parent collaboration and psychoeducation
• Ability to address executive functioning deficits, emotional regulation, social communication challenges, adaptive functioning, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
• Proven ability to establish, manage and maintain a consistent caseload of clients
• Be able to seek supervision and consultation when needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
• Active participation in marketing events focused on developing professional relationships with referral sources
• Current Texas LPC or LMFT license
• Accurately perform psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention of clients across the lifespan
• Training and experience providing CBT and behavior modification in individual and family therapy
• Understanding and experience working with clients who have ADHD and/or autism with co-existing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, or school-related stress
• Strong rapport-building skills with teens and families
