Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, motivated, and professional Client Services Coordinator to support client communication and project coordination.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow professionally, and develop skills in client management and digital services. The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients, and ready to take initiative in a structured environment.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure client needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, and email
- Provide timely updates on timelines, deliverables, and next steps
- Escalate complex issues or pricing discussions to leadership when needed
- Maintain professional and positive client interactions

Project Coordination
- Assist in identifying when client requests fall outside of the original scope
- Prepare change order documentation for leadership review
- Communicate approved scope adjustments to clients
- Maintain accurate records of project updates and approvals
- Track client requests to ensure follow-through

Administrative & CRM Management
- Maintain organized client records within Zoho CRM
- Update project notes and communication logs
- Support proposal preparation and client onboarding
- Assist with internal documentation and coordination tasks

Growth Support
- Participate in sales calls or introductory meetings when appropriate
- Bring new leads or opportunities to the team when identified
- Earn commission based on participation in closed opportunities

Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail
- Must be able to work in person in Magnolia, TX

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience participating in client meetings via Zoom or in person
- Experience working within a CRM system (Zoho or similar)
- Experience drafting professional documentation such as proposals or change summaries
- Familiarity with Canva or basic Adobe tools
- Experience working in a marketing, web development, or project-based service environment
