The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Momentum Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. This position is responsible for handling inbound phone calls, managing email communications, processing data accurately, and assisting with document preparation and organization.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with agency staff to ensure client information is accurate, documents are properly processed, and office operations run efficiently.
Primary functions include answering and directing calls, responding to client inquiries, preparing and formatting Word and Excel documents, entering and updating client data in our agency management system, assisting with policy processing, and maintaining organized digital records.
The ideal candidate is dependable, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional office environment where accuracy and follow-through matter.
This is an in-office position located in The Woodlands, Texas.
