Experienced Optician - Private Optometry Practice – The Woodlands, TX

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and dependable Optician to join our growing private optometry practice in The Woodlands, TX.

Key Responsibilities
-Greet and check patients in and out with professionalism and warmth
-Verify medical and vision insurance benefits
-Provide expert frame styling and personalized eyewear consultations
-Accurately interpret and verify lens prescriptions using a lensometer
-Perform frame adjustments and eyewear troubleshooting
-Educate patients on lens options and enhancements
-Cross-train to support clinical patient care as needed
-Maintain optical displays and inventory organization

Qualifications
-Prior optician experience a plus
-Strong knowledge of ophthalmic lenses and lens options
-Proficient in lensometer use
-Strong communication and sales skills
-Detail-oriented and dependable
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
-Must be available select Saturdays from 9AM – 2PM
