About the Role:

Provide companionship, mentorship, and guidance
Accompany him on outings in the community (e.g., walks, errands, recreational activities)
Help build confidence, social skills, and independence
Create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment

Schedule:

Approximately 25 hours per month
Shifts are typically 3–4 hours
Flexible scheduling with availability for morning or evening shifts

Ideal Candidate:

Positive, patient, and engaging personality
Dependable and consistent
Comfortable working with young adults who may benefit from extra support
Background in education, psychology, special needs, coaching, or caregiving is a plus (but not required)
Must have reliable transportation

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate caregiver/mentor for our 19-year-old son. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys spending time with young adults, encouraging independence, and engaging in community-based activities.
