Crew Member Responsibilities:
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests
Prepare and serve food and beverages to Sonic standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Handle customer concerns with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

No prior experience required (training provided)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Management Responsibilities (Shift Leaders / Management
Supervise and support crew members during shifts
Ensure high-quality customer service and operational standards
Train and develop team members
Help drive sales and maintain a positive team culture

Qualifications:

Previous food service or leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
