Montebello Home Care is a private duty home care agency that has served Southeast Texas and the Greater Houston area since 2013. We are growing our team in The Woodlands area and looking for caring, dependable people to join us as caregivers. If you love working with seniors and want a job where the work you do actually matters, we would love to talk with you.
What you would do
Our caregivers provide in home care that helps seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The work includes personal care like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, along with companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and accompanying clients to appointments. Each client is different, and we match you with families whose schedules and needs fit yours.

That means competitive pay of $14 to $16 per hour based on experience, semi monthly pay with direct deposit, flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, overnights), paid online training, and a $200 caregiver referral bonus when you bring a friend who gets hired. What we look for
You must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED, have at least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or caring for a family member both count), and hold a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle and reliable transportation. You need to be able to lift up to 40 pounds and pass a background check and drug screen. Most of all, you need a genuine love for working with seniors.
