Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and serving; following recipe guides/manuals; maintaining food safety standards; cleaning all equipment used in food preparation, cooking, and serving (including cookware, dinning dishware/tableware); cleaning and sanitizing all work-areas, all food service areas, and all dining areas; cleaning all public-use areas including floors and removing trash; assisting senior team members as requested; and more!

Must be at least 18 years of age and have transportation to and from work. Must have Food Handlers certification. Basic restaurant experience preferred. Knowledge of general sanitary and food safe-handling practices. Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed. Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Two years prior work as a prep/line cook with increasing responsibilities in food preparation and service. Ability to work independently, accomplish assigned tasks timely/as needed, and follow written guides. Work experience using computer/POS helpful.
