• Design Custom Trips: Build tailor-made itineraries for discerning travelers using our extensive database.
• Share Regional Expertise: Provide deep, firsthand knowledge of Latin American destinations.
• Manage Client Relations: Guide travelers from initial consultation to their return home.
• Coordinate Logistics: Partner with local operators, hotels, and transport providers.
• Maximize Sales: Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Accounting and Administration: Work with General Manager with the required accounting and administration of each guest’s file.
• Marketing: Work with the Marketing Team in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Travel: When required, be able to travel to one or more destinations either on a familiarization trip, or as a conductor to one of the group tours sold and managed by you.
• Destination Expertise: Extensive personal travel or work experience in Latin America.
• Industry Experience: Preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury travel sales or tour operations.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English; Spanish is highly valued.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency with modern travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
• Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal storytelling abilities.
