Do you enjoy working in a positive, family-centered environment and have a heart for serving children? We are seeking a dependable and energetic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Climbing Tree, a Christian preschool and childcare center.

The Kitchen Assistant will support the kitchen team in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten. Responsibilities include food preparation, serving meals, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, washing dishes, stocking supplies, and following all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team
Enjoy working in a child-centered environment
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
Previous food service experience is preferred but not required
