POSITION: Part-Time Office Coordinator - Interfaith Community Clinic
REPORTS TO: Director of Clinic Operations
COMPENSATION: Based on experience / 25 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with operational and administrative functions, activities, and projects of Interfaith Community Clinic.

PRIMARY DUTIES
• Coordinates finance functions with IFTW, including payables and deposits
• Prepare monthly statistical reports
• Administrator for clinic’s EMR system
• Maintains and updates necessary documentation for credentialing of professionals covered under FTCA
• Serves as Credentialing Coordinator and prepares annual submission to FTCA for clinic’s malpractice insurance.
• Assist in planning Volunteer Appreciation Lunch and Holiday Potluck
• Oversee office processes such as ordering office supplies, coordinating facility and IT needs and repairs.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Dependable and flexible with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and oral communication and computer skills.
• Proficient in use of computerized charting, eClinicalWorks, to assist Staff and Volunteers.

In person

Work Schedule
Monday–Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Travel Requirements
Occasional local travel

Additional Requirements
Ability to accommodate infrequent Saturday work throughout the year.


Qualifications
• High school graduate
• 3-5 years experience with healthcare and volunteer management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This employer participates in E-Verify.
