Texas Best Contractors is hiring a Wireless Telecom Field Technician to support field operations on wireless telecom sites. This role assists with site builds, equipment upgrades, cable work, grounding, cleanup, and daily field tasks. The ideal candidate works hard, follows direction, stays safety-minded, and takes pride in clean, reliable field work.

Must know how to use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and basic jobsite equipment. Must work well outdoors, follow directions, show up on time, travel when needed, and work safely with a crew. Basic construction, electrical, or telecom experience is preferred but not a must. Must be able to lift materials, read simple plans, take photos, and keep a clean work area.
