Job Summary
As part of the Fresh Monkee team, you’ll prepare shakes, interact with guests, and help maintain a fun, efficient, and positive store environment.
We are hiring for a Shift Lead (Key Holder) with experience in food service or customer-facing roles who can help lead shifts and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent service
Prepare shakes according to recipes and brand standards
Operate the POS system, take orders, and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in prep and guest areas
Restock ingredients and supplies during and between shifts
Follow all Fresh Monkee health, safety, and food-handling procedures
Support opening or closing duties depending on assigned shift
Contribute to a team-oriented, upbeat workplace culture

Shift Lead (Additional Duties)
Lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Assist with opening or closing the store when assigned
Handle cash-out, inventory checks, and daily store readiness
Train and coach team members in Fresh Monkee standards
Ensure health and safety compliance during all operating hours

Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years old
Leadership or food-service experience preferred
Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Must obtain Texas Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire
Must be available to work flexible hours (morning, afternoon, or weekends)
