Overview

Magnolia Wealth is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing financial advisory firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled.

You'll play an important role assisting with paperwork, preparing documents through DocuSign, organizing files, maintaining office inventory, preparing meeting rooms for clients, and supporting our advisors and operations team with a variety of administrative tasks. Every day is a little different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and staying one step ahead.

Responsibilities
Prepare and process client paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize, track, and maintain client documents using DocuSign and internal systems.
Prepare conference rooms before client meetings and ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Keep the office fully stocked with snacks, beverages, office supplies, and other essentials.
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, mail, and other administrative tasks.
Support advisors and the operations team with projects and day-to-day administrative needs.
Jump in wherever needed to help keep the office running efficiently.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous office or administrative experience.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time in our Spring office.
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.

Compensation

$18–$20 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
