FLEO is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our fulfillment team in The Woodlands, TX. This part-time role supports the daily operations of our e-commerce apparel business, helping make sure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

This is a great fit for someone looking for consistent part-time work in a small-team environment with a student-friendly schedule.

What you’ll do:

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare packages for shipment
- Help receive, count, organize, and restock inventory
- Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and general warehouse tasks as needed
- Work with a small team to keep daily fulfillment moving smoothly

What we’re looking for:

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Able to stand, move, bend, crouch, and lift boxes or parcels throughout a shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Prior warehouse, retail, apparel, or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work weekends
