The ideal candidate is polished, outgoing, organized, and passionate about hospitality. This role combines wine service, luxury retail, event hosting, and relationship building.

    Exceptional customer service
    * Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience
    * Guest engagement and relationship building
    * Professional appearance and demeanor
    * Strong communication skills
    Wine service and proper pouring techniques
    * Basic wine knowledge (Old World/New World, varietals, food pairings)
    * Wine tasting presentation skills
    * Ability to confidently recommend wines
    * Wine club or membership sales experience (preferred)
    * WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or similar certification (a plus)
