Job Description – Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Logo Electrical Services is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our growing residential service team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, enjoys solving electrical problems, and values providing an exceptional customer experience. You'll perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, panel upgrades, installations, and service work while educating homeowners on safe, reliable electrical solutions. Our technicians are trusted advisors, not just installers, and are expected to represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

This is a full-time position serving homeowners throughout Magnolia, The Woodlands, Montgomery, Tomball, Spring, Cypress, Conroe, and surrounding Northwest Houston communities. A company vehicle, uniforms, and the tools needed to succeed are provided.

Skills & Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate is a licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong residential service experience and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting complex electrical issues, explaining solutions to homeowners in a clear and honest manner, and recommending services that genuinely meet the customer's needs. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety are essential. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, be able to pass a background check, and maintain a professional appearance while representing Logo Electrical Services. Experience with panel upgrades, service work, generators, EV chargers, lighting installations, surge protection, and residential code compliance is highly preferred. Sales or customer service experience is a significant advantage, as our technicians are expected to build trust and help customers make informed decisions about their home's electrical system.
