Contracted pickups pay per event based on installation size, easily averaging $20–$40/hour.

Currently enrolled college student.

Reliable, punctual, and attentive to fine details.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced setting and able to lift 30–40 lbs (carrying props, balloon frames, and gear).

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.

Strong team communication and a positive attitude.
