Consistent Saturday availability is extremely important for this position.

Our farmers markets are typically held every Saturday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, with additional time needed before and after the market for setup and breakdown.

We are looking for someone who can make a consistent Saturday commitment and become the regular face of ZoZo Fresh at this market. Reliability is one of the most important parts of this position.

There may also be opportunities to work additional markets or take on more responsibility in the future.

About the Role

As a Farmers Market Sales Ambassador, you are the face of ZoZo Fresh. Your job is to create a fun, welcoming environment, connect with customers, educate them about our products, and most importantly, sell.

We encourage our ambassadors to treat their market almost like their own small business. Take ownership of your booth, get to know your regular customers, create new relationships, keep your display looking great, and find ways to grow your sales each week.

No previous knowledge of our products is required. We provide full training.

What You'll Do

Greet and actively engage customers

Educate customers about ZoZo Fresh products and ingredients

Offer samples and turn conversations into sales

Recommend products based on customers' interests

Build relationships with new and returning customers

Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized booth

Accurately process customer purchases

Learn our products and confidently answer customer questions

Assist with booth setup, product organization, inventory, and breakdown

Take ownership of your assigned market and work to increase sales

Represent ZoZo Fresh professionally and enthusiastically

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, positive, dependable, and comfortable talking to people.

Sales experience is helpful, but personality and attitude are even more important. We can teach you our products and sales approach. We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys engaging with people and isn't afraid to start a conversation or ask for the sale.
